Lab and X-ray must be done after the medical exam at our clinic.

Both tests are separate payments. The payment for the medical exam in our location does not include these tests.

Make sure to bring your passport and requisition forms provided for identification.

Lab Test Booking Instructions:

• Ages 5-14: urine test only

• Ages 15 and over: urine test and blood tests

1. Once you are offered an appointment at our clinic, you can pre-book your lab appointment at anytime after your appointment date with us. Please give yourself at least 2 hours after your appointment with us to allow time for travel or any unexpected delays.

2. Contact Dynalife to book an appointment or walk-in if available (Please check with lab if they accept walk-in).

3. You can make an appointment by calling 1-877-702-4486 or book online by clicking the button below.

4. Fasting is not necessary. You may eat but have nothing to drink 30 min prior to your appointment.

5. Women are advised to avoid booking the lab test during menstruation

X-ray Booking Instructions:

• X-rays are walk-in basis and do not require an appointment

• Required for ages 11 years and older

Please be advised that these are the only radiology clinics recommended for Immigration. Do not go to any other clinic for the chest x-ray.
